The Education Department at Mount Aloysius is Thriving
The opportunities that the Education Department at Mount Aloysius College offers its students are endless. Students interested in the Education field are able to choose programs ranging from Elementary and Early Childhood Education to Sign Language and Interpreter Education to Secondary Education Certification in Biology, English, General Science or Social Studies.
McAuley Hall Construction Begins
At its June 6, 2008 Board meeting, the Trustees determined to name the new residence hall, which is currently under construction, McAuley Hall.

1930s Class Notes Beverly (O’Donnell) Huber, ’38A Beverly remembers getting homesick when she first attended Mount Aloysius Academy. “It was a wonderful place and I remember going sledding with Sr. Gertrude,” she recalls. Beverly’s memories also include what a wonderful person Sr. Mary deSales was. To Beverly, “she was a Saint.”
